Michelle’s signature 1:1 experience combines Reiki with Vibrational Sound Therapy to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic balance. Using Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, tingshas, bamboo rain stick, crystals, essential oils, and the Atma Buti method of Vibrational Sound Therapy, each session is intuitively personalized to create a calming and restorative experience. Sound, energy, aromatherapy, and intention work together to help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for the body to rest and restore. Oracle cards may also be incorporated to offer reflection and insight, creating an opportunity to connect more deeply with your intuition and inner self. This deeply calming experience may be supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep challenges, emotional overwhelm, or the physical and emotional demands of chronic illness.
