A deeply restorative group experience designed to help you slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided into a state of deep physical and mental relaxation while Himalayan singing bowls and other soothing sound instruments create a calming vibrational experience. With nothing to do and nowhere to go, you’re invited to simply rest, breathe, and receive. Together, Yoga Nidra and sound create space to release tension, quiet the mind, and support a greater sense of calm, balance, and restoration. Come as you are. Leave feeling restored.
